For customers of HSBC Expat
If you are an HSBC Expat customer, please have your 10 digit PBN and six digit PIN to hand before you call.
If you can't remember either of these options, please have your personal details with you as our agents may need to confirm your identity.
Need to update your contact details?
If your contact details have changed, you can amend them yourself in online or mobile banking.
To update your phone number or email address in mobile banking, go to 'Profile' and select 'Update your personal details'.
To change your phone number, email or correspondence address in online banking, log on and select 'Personal details' from the quick links menu.
If you're registered for telephone banking and would prefer to talk to someone, you can call us on one of the numbers provided. Please note, this is the only way to update your residential address.
