Report your card
Please take action as soon as you realise your cards have been lost or stolen. Once reported, it will be immediately cancelled and replaced.
Lost or stolen Global Money debit cards
- Log on to the HSBC Expat Mobile Banking app
- Select your Global Money Account from your main account list
- Select 'View more', and then 'Manage card’
- Select 'Report lost or stolen or damaged card' under 'Problems with your card?'
A new card will be issued immediately.
