We're working on some improvements

From 02:00 to 21:00 on Saturday 7 December, we're doing some work on our systems to improve the services we offer you.

Unfortunately, this means you won't be able to use online, mobile or telephone banking during this time. 

Please plan any essential banking in advance, as many of our services will be unavailable on this date.

What this means for you

During this period, you won't be able to access the following services:

  • Online and mobile banking 
  • Global Money, including top ups 
  • Payments and transfers 
  • International Investment Centre and InvestDirect International
  • Telephone banking and contact centre. If your card is lost or stolen, or you experience fraud, still call us immediately
